L.A. Chinatown Moon Festival 5K Moonlight Run/Walk & Fun Bike Ride October 3, 2009

As part of the annual Moon Festival celebration in L.A. Chinatown, the Business Improvement Distict (BID) presents a Moonlight 5K Run/Walk and Fun Bicycling event.
3:30 PM. The approx. 25 mile Bike Ride starts and finishes in L.A. Chinatown (about 2 hours). The route takes a picturesque route to the Pasadena Rose Bowl and back which includes a portion of the Arroyo Seco bike path and surrounding neighborhoods.
7:30 PM. The 5K Run/Walk is one of a very few runs that take place in the twilight/dusk hours. The 5K Run is competitively timed and fully supported with awards for age and sex category winners.
