The colours and charm of Kutchi tribals lend a touch of magic to the saris, textiles and lifestyle items on display at Sanskrutie’s ‘Kutch Craft Mela’. It can be seen in the sequins and abla mirrors in swirling block-printed skirts and wraparounds, in the pretty ‘kiriya moti’ or glass beads on the intricate hand-worked embroidery patches and borders that can transform any accessory into festive wear. All the tribal embroideries of Kutch, including rabri, mochi and jatti are on display at the fair.
