Troy Pierce has slowly and stealthily moved up in the minimal ranks since relocating to Berlin in 2004. Having graced Richie Hawtin's M-nus label with his cracking techno numbers, Pierce moves into a different musical space with his Louderbach project. His debut album on the excellent Underl_ne singles him out as an outstanding maverick producer with one eye firmly on the dancefloor.
