We will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6-7:30am at our Golden Gate Park Tea Garden location. During X-Week we will be offering two different workout groups:
* Group 1: This group will experience our trademark "Extreme" workout - perfect for those who need an extra challenge.
* Group 2: This group will focus on active recovery workouts - great for beginners or those who want to stay active during the rest week.
