koi FITNESS is a year-round outdoor exercise program that is divided into six-week sessions. We meet four days a week for one hour per class. More than just a typical boot camp workout, we combine outdoor fitness and exercise instruction with nutritional counseling and a supportive community to help you achieve the results you want.
