Know Your Teenager - Intro to YES! Program February 27, 2010

International Association for Human Values [www.iahv.org] is offering Youth Empowerment Seminar [YES!] in Santa Clara from April 15-18. YES! is a fun and challenging program for youth between 14 - 18 yrs of age. Using practical knowledge, games, skits and interactive process, YES! gives tools for teens to:
- Manage Emotions
- Increase Focus and Strengthen Memory
- Improve Leadership Skills
- Strengthen body and mind through yoga and exercises
