Knights of Columbus to Hold Third Fish Fry of 2009

The St. Ann Catholic Church Knights of Columbus Council 11265 will hold their final Lenten Friday Fish Fry on April 3, 2009. The event will include the best fried fish in Johnston County, along with french fries, hush puppies and cole slaw. A beverage is included in the $6 donation. St. Ann Church is located at 4057 US 70 Business West, between Clayton and Smithfield. Serving begins at 4:00 p.m. and continues until 7:00 p.m. You may dine in at the pavilion or if you’re in a hurry, try our Drive Thru lane.

The Knights of Columbus is a fraternal service organization dedicated to the principles of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism. The money raised by Knights of Columbus events goes to many local charities throughout Johnston County such as the Al Varner Memorial Food Pantry in Clayton, the Cub Scouts, the Falcon Home for Children and the Military Order of the Purple Heart, just to name a few.
