As hard-working propellers and shock-absorbers, our knee joints are a complex play of forces, and their health depends on our ability to give them a balance of stability and freedom. since hatha yoga is all about striking this balance, as well as helping us to become conscious of our bodies' complexities, it's an ideal practice for supporting our knees.
in this workshop, we'll begin with a closer look at the anatomy of the knees and legs, and then explore a wide range of ideas and actions to support a lifetime of happy knees for all - stiff, recuperating, even replaced knees are welcome!
