Some musical collaborations can't easily be described. Such is the case with Abraham Inc., an upbeat and unusual ensemble featuring three stellar -- if disparate -- musicians. David Krakauer is a brilliant, classical and klezmer clarinetist. Fred Wesley is an extraordinary trombonist and the longtime musical director for James Brown. Socalled is a "beat architect" and the man who calls the music "super hybrid monster music." The combination of klezmer, funk and hip-hop yields cross-cultural party music that has to be heard to be believed. Produced by Miller Theatre Advisory Board.
