Kirkland Uncorked: A Festival of Style and Taste is a grand celebration showcasing Washington’s finest wines, gourmet foods, engaging art and the best the Northwest has to offer in jazz and classical music—all in one elegant and entertaining weekend on the shores of Lake Washington.
Enjoy a tasting garden that spotlights more than 60 select wines from Washington wineries, mouth-watering pairing plates and picnic boxes from the Rotary Club of Kirkland Downtown and The Crab Cracker. Learn about wines directly from vintners, while receiving tips on food-and-wine pairings from our friendly Fred Meyer wine stewards. The garden features two stages offering outstanding music, including jazz on The Villas at Carillon Main Stage performed by a variety of local artists and presented by Pony Boy Records, and light classical on the Kirkland Cultural Council’s Fountain Stage presented by 98.1 Classical King FM.
Upon entry, guests receive a souvenir wine-tasting glass and ten tasting tokens. Admission is $20 in advance; $25 at the gate. Wine samples cost 1-3 tokens per 1 ounce pour.
Kirkland Uncorked is honored to feature The Hope Heart Institute as the Kirkland Uncorked beneficiary. A portion of all admission fees collected in the Tasting and Lifestyle Garden will directly fund local research and education to fight heart disease. The Hope Heart has a nearly 50-year history of revolutionary medical advances and educational curriculums that make heart disease—America’s #1 cause of death—more treatable, beatable and preventable.
