From Bergin, Norway, to the ears of the converted, the indie-pop duo Kings of Convenience came together in 1999, releasing their eponymous debut in the spring of 2000. 'Quiet Is the New Loud' was issued in early 2001 on Astralwerks, yielding tracks from their debut peppered with newer material. Their most recent is 'Riot on an Empty Street.'
