Jewish Theatre Collaborative Presents Kindertransport 2010 February 25th- March 21st, Thurs-Sat 7:30 pm and Sundays 2pm Come with Us on an Enlightening Journey Where Past and Present Collide Between 1938 and the outbreak of the war, almost 10,000 children were sent by their parents from Nazi Germany to Britain to 'safety and security'. Most never saw their parents again. Diane Samuels play, Kindertransport weaves the story of 3 generations of women whose lives are intertwined when 9 year old Eva is sent from Germany to Manchester as part of the Kindertransport rescue effort.
