It’s in with the new and out with the old at the first KIMONO KRUSH of 2011. It’s time to take stock and to get rid of those pesky New Year’s resolutions already. THE DUCHESS OF PORK, THE SUGARLOW BOYS and AL DENTE will ring in the New Year with a fine selection of pop tunes, rock songs, electro singalongs and favourites from past years to give you a helping hand with forgetting all about stopping smoking, starting to go to the ...gym, drinking less and saving money. You might as well do it now than struggle to keep up the pretence for another week.

The year’s first guest on stage will be Total Theatre Award Winner BRYONY KIMMINGS. She will be showing bits and bops from her latest work SEX IDIOT which takes you on a tour of Bryony’s real life sexual misadventures through vignettes of performance, dance, song and spoken word all inspired by her first STI test that came back with an unwanted result. No stranger to such dealings, KIMONO’s LAZY SUSAN will be sure to add some wisdoms of her own to proceedings. When she mentions the clap don’t think she talks about a round of applause. Although she sure ain’t a stranger to that either.
