North Shore Banks’ Retail and Business Banking management teams will gather in Sheboygan, WI on the shores of Lake Michigan at the Blue Harbor Resort on September 23rd and 24th for our 2011 sales kickoff; October 1st will mark the beginning of our 88th fiscal year serving communities in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

The 2011 event will follow the theme “A Recipe for Success”; participants will learn details of goals and objectives for the coming year, receive important information about strategic initiatives and the anticipated economic and legislative environment, network with peers to learn more about individual best practices and participate in discussions and workshops that will prepare them to lead their teams to success in 2011.
