Kidsemble II - All That Jazz! March 7, 2009

Quartsemble presents “Kidsemble II – All That Jazz” with guest artist Herb Smith, trumpet, Saturday, March 7, 2009, at 1 pm, at the Adams Street Recreation Center, 85 Adams Street, Rochester. The concert and workshop are free, and no tickets are required. Children and their families interact with the musicians before the performance, and will make simple instruments and learn to play them. During the performance, the audience will be invited to participate and play along with Quartsemble.

Kidsemble is a series of three performance/workshops for children ages 5-12 and their families. Each performance features a different guest artist and genre of music. Educator Terry Fonda Smith leads activities before and during the performance.
