Give your aspiring young chefs something fun to do this summer. Send them to Summer Cooking Classes with TriniSoul in Dumbo Brooklyn. Our second Summer Session starts on July 27th and ends on August 28th 2009 in Dumbo Brooklyn.
Full and half day sessions available.
Each Camp week is made up of five days.. Monday through Friday.

Cost: $250 plus for half days to $490 for full days per session
The daily lessons are designed to teach teamwork and create self-confident young chefs

During the summer month of August 2009, kids will spend the day learning the basic skills needed in the kitchen, everything from hands-on instructions, planning, prepping, food etiquette, cooking, safety, sanitation, serving, appreciation and enjoyment of all food types.
They will put together a well balanced meal to take home and serve their families, children will attend a weeklong hands-on culinary journey through a variety of exciting cooking classes offered at TriniSoul.
We prepare a lot of delicious and tasty recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts.
Children will learn creative garnishing to enhance the presentation of meals.
Each of the camp programs features some international cuisine. The children will learn about food from other cultures as well as learn how to prepare the foods they love. All classes are completely hands-on, everyone will participate in making various aspects of their meal. In addition to general cooking techniques.

Children will learn how to read a recipe, prepare and cook delicious and healthy dishes with emphasis on nutrition and food science. All children will take home a copy of the recipes at the end of the weekly sessions. Each week cooking class session lasts for five days, Monday through Friday.
Classes may extend outside of the kitchen with restaurant tastings, field trips to local farms and markets will also be planned.
