Kids Can Sew! December 26, 2012

Kids Can Sew! Christmas sewing camp – I will be offering a holiday sewing camp for kids again this Christmas break. Because Christmas falls on a Tues, class will begin on Wed. We will meet on Wed, Thurs, Friday and the following Monday. This gives us nearly a full week of class, and yet the kids get to weekend over, giving them time to apply their new skills at home, come back to resolve questions, & get help with new projects (as well as completing their class projects!)

The class will be for both kids new to sewing and for returning students. New students will learn basic sewing machine use, and to make clothing and/or home decor items using commercial patterns. Returning students will be given a refresher in machine use if needed, and then will jump right in with a project from a commercial pattern. Returning students should contact me about what projects they would like to produce during this session.

Class meets from 9 am – noon 12/26,27,28, 31 Class Fee: $165.00 It's recommended that a $35 gift card be provided for each student, so they can purchase fabrics and other supplies during class.

Gift certificates are available, so that you can give this Holiday sewing camp as a gift to your favorite kids. Registration and Gift Certificates for the camp are payable to the instructor (Cherri Hankins). Gift Cards for materials and supplies are available from Hobby Lobby and Hobbylobby.com
