Kids Beach Yoga for the Whole Family!
Saturdays, 10-10:30am, Beginning December 8
A child-centered class for parents and cooperative kids of all ages. Enjoy quality time together, learn, grow, and have fun under the sun, on the sand, and by the sea! Certified Kidding Around Yoga™ Instructor, Barbara Gail, inspires healthy minds and bodies. Cultivate creativity, coordination, balance, gratitude, and joyful hearts, playfully singing and dancing thru yoga. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult. Bring beach towels; dress comfortably for movement and temperature. Permit granted by Sarasota County Parks and Recreation. Nokomis Public Beach, north end. 966-5800.
