Namaste... Take a break from the pace of day-to-day life with some rejuvenation in the great outdoors. We’ll start off with yoga poses and then, after a picnic lunch, we’ll go for hike through the picturesque Blue Hills Reservation. Bring a lunch, a mat or towel for yoga, and hiking boots or sneakers.
