Kerrytown BookFest Reception September 9, 2009

Join us for a pre-BookFest reception for the upcoming 7th annual Kerrytown BookFest, this event is open to all! The reception will include elegant refreshments, fine music, courtesy of Kerrytown Concert House and an inside look at the BookFest Exhibit Culinary Michigan: Cookbooks (which will be on display in the Downtown Library's lower level display cases from September 5 - October 14). Raquel "Ricky" Agranoff, culinary author and former co-owner of Moveable Feast, will provide a welcome and an introduction to the exhibit.

The goal of the 7th annual Kerrytown BookFest (kerrytownbookfest.org), which will occur on Sunday, September 13, is to highlight our area's rich heritage in the book and printing arts while showcasing local individuals, businesses, and organizations.
