The Serengeti National Park is a large national park in Tanzania, covering 5,700 square miles of grassland plains, savanna, forest and woodlands. It is most famous for its annual migration of over one million and a half white bearded (or brindled) wildebeest and 250,000 zebra, and is widely regarded as the best wildlife reserve in Africa due to its density of predators and prey.
Jessica Pociask from Wildlife and Nature Travel Expeditions will present a photographic presentation on the incredible diversity of life within this national park and the current threats to maintaining a healthy ecosystem for the animals and tourists alike.
