Kentucky Derby Day! May 1, 2010

Catch the 136th running of the Kentucky Derby,
the first leg of the Triple Crown, on Saturday, May 1.
Lone Star Park's Grandstand will open early at
10:30 a.m. The first live Lone Star Park race will begin
at 1:35 p.m. and the Kentucky Derby simulcast begins
at approximately 5:24 p.m. Advance wagering begins on
Friday, April 30, and drive-thru wagering will be available
at Parking Gate 2 beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 1.
In addition to the races, enjoy live music by The Project
on our Courtyard of Champions Stage from noon to 4 p.m.
and bring the kids out to our Family Fun Park.
Kids can enjoy bounce houses, pony rides, and
a petting zoo from noon to 4 p.m.
