Embark on a visual journey that evokes the wonder of the universe on Sat April 21 at 8 p.m. at Miller Outdoor Theatre. Miller presents” Bella Gaia (Beautiful Earth): A Poetic Vision of Earth from Space," a ‘Living Atlas’ multimedia journey of our world that expresses the deeply moving beauty of planet Earth as seen through the eyes of astronauts by successfully simulating space flight. A collaboration with NASA, Bella Gaia is an immersive theater experience, a portal to develop a deeper connection and empathy with our planet Earth. Created by award winning director and classically trained violinist Kenji Williams, Bella Gaia features a live performance by Kenji, world music performers and dancers, with orbiting visualizations of Earth from space on Miller’s new projector system.
Free, assigned seat tickets are available at the Miller Theatre Box Office on first-come first-serve basis while supplies last between 10:30 am and 1:00 pm on the day of the performance. Remaining tickets are given out one hour before curtain. Assigned, ticketed seats will be held until 5 minutes before the performance starts. Only four (4) tickets per person.
