Celebrate the release of the new novel Langata Rules: Pirates at Lat 10 with a reading from author Ken Miller. He will be joined by Rep. Adam Smith and Prosecutor Mark Lindquist who will read from The King of Methlehem. Half of the proceeds from book sales will benefit the Pierce County Democrats, half will benefit King's Books. Langata Rules follows a British merchant ship with seemingly innocent cargo as African pirates take control. This action starts a desperate race among pirates, warlords, rebel insurgents, government agents, shadowy oil interests, and enigmatic business magnates as they fight to control the ship and its cargo.
