Kelleys Island Homecoming August 20, 2011

A great excuse to visit the island. This year there will be three musical acts including The North Coast Band, a nature exhibit and show by Back to the Wild, food, beverages, games, and a shoppers market. This is old fashioned fun at its best. There is a snack cake eating contest, kids games, a parade that brings out the most creative costumes and golf cart ‘floats,’ and the day ends with a pet competition. There are prizes and awards and one heck of a good time. The theme this year is FEELING GROOVY which celebrates the 60’s. So bring out your bell bottoms and love beads and come on down.
