A native of Australia, Keith Urban played country festivals from the age of 10, yet he says his guitar playing was influenced by Mark Knopfler and Lindsay Buckingham -- both rock musicians. Keith's first major country hit was 'It's a Love Thing' in 2000. He's now embarking on a new tour to support his latest album, 'Love, Pain & the whole crazy thing.' Carrie Underwood was proclaimed America's choice in season four of Fox's hit series, 'American Idol.' The three-time GRAMMY winner, ACM Top Female Vocalist, and back-to-back CMA Female Vocalist of the Year earned her sixth consecutive number one on the country airplay charts recently with 'All-American Girl,' which also became her second consecutive co-written single to hit number one, following the success of 'So Small,' both from her Double-Platinum album, 'Carnival Ride.'
