Barbara Poole
Barbara is an entrepreneur who has a background in corporate positions as well as holding project management and sales positions for internationally prominent training and consulting houses, as well as her own firm. She developed Employaid.com at a time when the workforce is in upheaval, due to the economic and market conditions in the US. The roles of employer and employee are changing. It was time to recognize the magnitude of employees' need for job survival skills.
