Keep Rio Rancho Beautiful America Recycles Day- Recycling, Shredding, & Recycled Art Day November 19, 2011

Throughout the month of November Keep Rio Rancho Beautiful (KRRB) will conduct Education Outreach at local public schools. Topics discussed will include "Our Environment", "Reduce, Reuse, & Recycle", and "America Recycles Day". Our program will also host an America Recycles Day Recycling, Shredding, and Recycled Art Day at the new City of Rio Rancho & Sandoval County Recycling Center on Saturday, November 19, 2011, from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Residents will be encouraged to bring cardboard, mixed paper, plastics #1-7, tires limit 4 (no rims), electronics including TV's (limit 4), appliances, freon units (lines must be intact), scrap metal, aluminum, & documents for shredding. All recycled art will be made ahead of time.
