This year, World Arts Foundation, Inc. will present its 26th Anniversary, “Keep Alive the Dream” tribute to the great American statesman, the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
“Keep Alive the Dream” is the 2nd largest tribute of Dr. King in the United States, second only to Atlanta, Georgia. On the federal holiday, while most Americans are claiming a ‘day off’, we call it a ‘day on’ with a food drive, a spectacular showcase of local presenters from the arts and political realm, and a host of volunteers, many with more than ten years of service. Everyone comes out. Many community organizations, families, gospel choirs, individuals in leadership roles, such as the Mayor, all rally together to help make this a fitting tribute to Dr. King.
Please consider this important invitation from World Arts Foundation, Inc. – to share with you, how you can add your “FOOTPRINT” to the legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by attending the program or by making a donation to the 2011 tribute. World Arts Foundation, Inc. was established in 1978 and incorporated in 1983 as a community-based, non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt corporation.
Please leave your “Footprint” and contribute what you can or choose from several donation levels: Platinum ($1,000), Gold ($500), Silver ($250), Bronze ($100) or ($25.00) Footprint is offered as an alternative that most everyone can access. Please, simply go to our website at www.wafinc.org and choose the "CONTRIBUTE" tab then click on the “DONATE” button. It’s that easy.
On behalf of the World Arts Foundation, Inc. family, I thank you for sharing your time. Please feel free to contact Sharon Ross via email: mssharonross@gmail.com for more information. Your donation or in-kind contribution will be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
