60 Minute Kayak Workout
NOT for First Timers ! – Some experience required
What is it: An INTENSIVE, all-out, 1 hour workout by kayak for weight loss or getting in shape
FREE - NO CHARGE – NO LESSON – 1 HOUR (or less) of fast paddling
Reservations - not required if you have your own boat
Rentals Available – by appointment only – call to reserve a boat
Rental Fee - Members - $20 Non-members - $25
We paddle a pre-determined 4 to 5 mile straight-line course (out and back).
You paddle at full speed for 30 min (or less), Turn Around and Return
Dates and Times to be posted
Rentals available for anyone without a kayak, but this should not be the first time in a kayak. This is a show-and-go paddle so there is no need to contact me unless you need more information or to reserve a rental kayak.
