JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa Offers Christmas Dinner at Three Restaurants December 25, 2012

JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa is offering delicious holiday menus this Christmas at all three of its unique restaurants.

Enjoy a holiday dinner with Italian flare at Tuscany with a three-course prix fixe dinner on Christmas day. Diners will enjoy a choice of organic greens with goat cheese, or Tuscan white bean soup. Entrees include decadent rotisserie lamb, Cedar River beef short rib, fennel pollen dusted chicken breast or pan roasted Branzino. A choice of family style sides will also be served including roasted garlic potato puree, smoked pimenton pappardelle, braised Tuscan kale and sautéed heirloom carrots. A trio of delectable desserts featuring chai spice cheesecake, caraibe dark chocolate Bavarian and Grand Marnier gelato complete the holiday meal.

Offered from 3 to 9 p.m. on Dec. 25, the Tuscany Christmas dinner is $55 per adult and $27.50 for children 12 and under.

The savory Meritage Steakhouse will be serving a classic Christmas dinner offering a la carte or a prix fixe menu. The menu includes starters of kabocha squash soup or an organic baby beet salad followed by mouthwatering entrée choices featuring applewood smoked turkey breast, prime rib or Bristol Bay sockeye salmon. Side dishes include Yukon Gold potato puree, brussels sprouts, roasted butternut squash and stone ground cornmeal stuffing. Complete the holiday meal with a tasting trio of caraibe dark chocolate Bavarian, Tahitian vanilla bean bread pudding and huckleberry compote eggnog pot de crème.

The holiday menu at Meritage Steakhouse will be offered from 3 to 9 p.m. on
Dec. 25. The cost is $65 for adults and $32.50 for children under 12.

Blue Sage will be offering a Christmas dinner buffet featuring free range chicken, grilled Atlantic salmon, freshly carved prime rib and glazed ham and a pasta station featuring cavatelli and pappardelle. Desserts include sweet potato pie, cranberry walnut tart, salted caramel bread pudding and white chocolate peppermint mousse.

Offered from 4 to 9 p.m. on Dec. 25, the Blue Sage Christmas buffet is $39 per adult and $15 for children under 12.
