Presented by the City of Cripple Creek. Residents of the gold camp have always loved to celebrate the Fourth of July. In 1900, a crowd estimated at more than 10,000 gathered for a giant celebration, parade and fireworks. The 2008 event will feature a massive fireworks display choreographed to music.
