Writing has been found to have many benefits which include sharpening creativity; helping to focus and organize; nurturing the self; healing from trauma; increasing awareness of feelings; reducing stress, discovery of goals, strengths and talents; and processing information in decision making. This workshop will focus on specific journaling techniques which allow for self-exploration. Join others in learning how to take advantage of this pleasurable practice. There will be a short break. Participants are welcome to bring a bag lunch.
