Robert Jordan not only created an amazing fantasy series in The Wheel of Time, but he provided a great platform for fans to come together and celebrate something really special (translate “excuse to party”). Fans have met through online communities, at real life events, and have kept the fan track at Dragon*Con going strong. But that wasn’t enough to truly honor the man who gave us The Wheel of Time. So in 2009, Age of Legends, LLC launched JordanCon, a fan-led convention honoring the works of Robert Jordan and other notable authors of the genre.
