Jordan Wine Dinner May 6, 2009

Chef/proprietor Chris Scarduzio has joined forces with some very notable wineries to continue the Table 31 Wine Series well into the spring.

Jordan Winery’s highly esteemed winemaker, Rob Davis, will be hosting the May 6th Wine Dinner in which he will perfectly pair selections, including a newly released 2002 Cabernet, a Cabernet from the 1990’s, and a 1983 Riviera Russe dessert wine, with five courses uniquely designed by Chef Scarduzio. This unique experience is $150 per person.

Wines being poured during the event will include: Jordan Chard 2007, Jordan Cab 2006,
Jordan Cab 2002, Jordan Cab 90's, and Jordan Rivera Russe '83.
