Jones Falls 2009 Project Clean Stream April 4, 2009

Get involved in the 2009 Project Clean Stream on Saturday, April 4th at 9:00 am.

The Baltimore Metro Fun Meetup Group will be there to support Jones Falls Watershed Association, at the Woodberry Light Rail Station next to Clipper Mill in Baltimore City. We'll be picking up trash on the banks of the Jones Falls River on Union Avenue between Clipper Road and Clipper Mill. Supplies provided on-site. Wear your worst clothes and shoes for getting really muddy. Bring your rubber gloves. And it could be chilly, so bring extra clothes.

After we complete the clean up, those who are interested can celebrate our success with lunch at a local restaurant. Recommendations are appreciated. Maybe Cafe Hon or Golden West Cafe. This is a great event to work up an appetite.
