Bainbridge Island resident and author of the historical novel 'The Last Dog in France', John Van Wyck Gould returns to talk about his new book, a novel about the trials, failures and successes of a young German couple who fled to America in 1835, lured by the freedom of America and escaping the instability and conflict of post-Waterloo Europe.
