John Stevenson: The Rhythm of Color September 12, 2011

Canadian landscape painter John Stevenson is among the featured artists participating in The Rhythm of Color. Their work celebrates the vibrant energy that occurs when different hues are unexpectedly combined. Stevenson finds inexhaustible inspiration in nature’s ever-shifting colors and proportions. His light-dappled oil compositions harken back to the work of Canada’s Group of Seven, while still maintaining a unique and individual style.
