Midwest artist John Steuart Curry emerged in the 1930s as one of the leading artists of the Regionalist movement. Curry's work reflects a "purely American experience," illustrating epic scenes of everyday life. This exhibition will showcase a number of works on loan from the artist's estate, as well as works from Curry's time spent with the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus.
