John Ransom Phillips: Ransoming Matthew Brady June 30, 2010

The exhibition includes 50 works ranging from large-scale oil painting to watercolors related to the Civil War. John Ransom's imagery is inspired by the life of 19th-century photographer Mathew Brady and the American poet Walt Whitman.
