John Hart: Becoming A Great Reader September 15, 2010

How do we enjoy and judge the seemingly obscure or difficult poem? To get at such questions we will do a lot of reading, a bit of writing, and a great deal of discussion.We'll touch on eminent contemporaries, some of the greats of the last century, and a few high points of older verse. Participants help set the course by bringing in poems they love or hate or wonder about.
