Guitarist and singer John Doyle is one of the most talented Irish musicians of his generation. Since arriving in the US from Dublin in the 1980s, he has established an international reputation as one of the hottest guitar pickers in the world of acoustic music. More recently, John has been performing with a variety of Irish traditional and American bluegrass stars, including fiddler Liz Carroll, the Tim O'Brien Band and Nickel Creek. In addition to his prowess on the guitar, tenor banjo and bouzouki, John is an extremely talented singer. Athena Tergis play Irish music.
