Singer/songwriter Jodie Levinson brings her soothing vocals and up-tempo blues-and-jazz influenced pop songs to Hat City Kitchen. Performing from her debut album, “In the City,” Jodie takes listeners through an eclectic array of music inspired by the emotional struggles of city living. From the Cajun-influenced “Quand Va T’il Arriver (When Will He Come)” to the Erykah Badu-esque “Lazy Sunday,” Jodie performs music from her debut release including the introspective “Matter of Taste,” the poetic “Books, Tea” and the catchy, up-tempo pop-driven “Grass Ain’t Green.”
