Directed by multiple Emmy Award–winner Susan Lacy (Joni Mitchell: Woman of Heart and Mind), this film offers an unprecedented level of access to iconic singer/songwriter Joan Baez, examining her remarkable history as a recording artist, performer, and social activist.

Featuring rare footage of Baez’s early career and her participation in various political protests, the documentary also includes candid insights from the singer herself, plus interviews and conversations with David Crosby, Bob Dylan, ex-husband David Harris, Reverend Jesse Jackson, Roger McGuinn, Steve Earle, and others.
