Brooklyn's own Jimmy Kimmel, comes back to New York for a rare public event. The comedian who re-defined late night talk shows becomes the interview subject at 92Y as Bill Carter, who covers TV for The New York Times, asks him about his life and career. Find out how Kimmel went from altar boy to founding Los Angeles' Feast of San Gennaro, from college radio to hosting the Emmy Awards this coming September, and from his first paying job in Seattle, Washington, to hosting the White House Correspondents' Dinner in Washington, DC. 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' is now in its tenth season, and has just been nominated for its first Emmy. This fall, for the first time, the show is traveling back east - Kimmel will host the show from October 29 to November 2nd in his hometown, Brooklyn.
