Jimmy Guilford: "Through the Years" August 15, 2009

Legendary Jimmy Guilford, takes the audience through his colorful career which spans over five decades. Follow Jimmy’s musical journey from his early days as a street singer, through his years in The Ink Spots, The Lamplighters, and The Four Sounds, to his signing with Wheelsville USA, the predecessor to Motown Records. Entertainer of the Year in New York, Detroit, and several other major cities around the country, he has performed with such greats as Jackie Wilson, Ray Charles, Etta Jones, Nancy Wilson, B.B. King, and Dinah Washington, to name a few.

Special Note: Tonight Jimmy Guildford will be receiving Indy's first annual Lifetime Achievement Award for Cabaret.
