Jewish Life in Mr. Lincoln’s City September 10, 2009

This new, original exhibition created by the Jewish Historical Society of Greater Washington explores Jewish life in the Washington area during the Civil War. The exhibition will look at the ways in which local Jews interacted with President Lincoln and the myriad ways they contributed to the war effort.
