Seminar at
MCA Banquet Hall
(3003 Scott Blvd, Santa Clara CA 95054 )
Featuring
Dr. Robert Shedinger
(Author, Was Jesus a Muslim?)
Mustapha Elturk
(Ameer of Islamic Organization of North America, IONA)
Christianity and Islam are the two largest religions in the world, claiming more than 2 billion and 1.5 billion adherents, respectively. Despite the many theological disagreements that exist between these two faith traditions, there is a solid core of beliefs and moral
values that Christians and Muslims hold in common. Grounded in sincere commitment to the One True God, both Christian and Islamic traditions recognize justice as the supreme
ethical obligation. Increasingly aware of the lack of justice in our world, it is only natural that we would look at our respective religious traditions, hoping for concrete guidance.
Join us on Friday evening, March 19 at Banquet Hall of MCA from 7:45 p.m. to 10 p.m. when together we explore with a Christian Scholar Dr. Robert Shedinger and Muslim Scholar Mustapha Elturk..
