Jerry Remy's Sports Bar & Grill to Host Kentcky Derby Party April 29, 2010

If you can’t be at Churchill Downs this weekend for the 136th running of the Kentucky Derby, then you’re next best bet is to be parked in front of the “Screen Monsters” at Jerry Remy’s Sports Bar & Grill.

The sports bar’s TV’s including the two 6 ½ by 11 foot “Screen Monsters” will guarantee a great view to take in the most exciting two minutes in sports.

Remy’s party will feature a fancy hat contest, Derby-themed food by Executive Chef Jacqueline Kelly and drink including cocktails created by Woodford Reserve Bourbon, and a Trifecta contest with prizes that include a $100 gift card to the restaurant. The staff at Remy’s will also be dressed in their Kentucky Derby attire happily ready to enjoy the Southern Style festive mood.

The restaurant also features a 45-seat outdoor café, open air dining, twenty varieties of draft beer, and sweeping views of Fenway Park.
