Actor, playwright, filmmaker and theater founder, Jeff Daniels reveals to the public at large what audeinces at his annual sold-out concert at the Purple Rose Theatre in Michigan already knew---He is not an actor who sings, but an accomplished singer/songwriter who's musical talent does not require the support of his acting. He has been invited on stage to perform a few songs with legends Lyle Lovett, John Hiatt and Guy Clark during their "Songwriters" tour and has been joined on stage by his pal Keb Mo'. Performing before a live audience, Daniels radiates elf-effacing warmth and a sparkling sense of humor.
